Error on iOS app - Does not recognize my purchase

Hi, I have just ordered Dropbox Plus from my iPhone. Apple processsed the transaction. But Dropbox app did not see my subscription and I am still on Basic.

 

When I try to try again or restore purchases it constantly gave errors.

How should I proceed?

 

(Contacted with Apple first, their solutions did not work. They told me to contact Dropbox)

Hello there @uyaroglu, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

Just to rule out a few possible causes here, can you let me know if you've restarted your device recently?

Also, if you check your Dropbox account online, do you see the account still showing as Basic there too?

Hi Daphne,

 

Yes tried every possible sollution. Nothing changes.

 

Only thing that has been changed is error code on restore purchases option Now it is 403

 

And also I am on basic at web too.
