Hello. When I typed in my Quicken code, I received The code you entered has already been used error message. I checked in the plans section and it indicaties I have not used the code before. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated.

Could you please send me a screenshot of the exact error you get when trying to redeem your Quicken promo code?
Did you by any chance tried contacting them for more information regarding this matter?

Here is the screenshot you requested. I did not contact Quicken. In searching through the Community forum, other Dropbox users who had the same issue were contacted by Dropbox Support who resolved the issue.
