Hi, I have an issue with an expired password. I have been using another account to which I forgot my email password to, and this is the account my password expired. How can I contact Dropbox support to get access to this account so I can change all me information?
Hi, I think it's a basic account. I did go through the links you provided, but the email account that's attached to the said Dropbox account is the one with the expired email. If I could get an email sent to this current account I could change it. Or have Dropbox support grant me a one time Access to update my email and password
In this case, there might not be much that the team can help with here, as the email is used to verify account ownership, @Demonik Daddy.
