Hi, I have an issue with an expired password. I have been using another account to which I forgot my email password to, and this is the account my password expired. How can I contact Dropbox support to get access to this account so I can change all me information?

In general, your support options depend on the sort of account that you have, and you can find yours from this page

Hi, I think it's a basic account. I did go through the links you provided, but the email account that's attached to the said Dropbox account is the one with the expired email. If I could get an email sent to this current account I could change it. Or have Dropbox support grant me a one time Access to update my email and password

In this case, there might not be much that the team can help with here, as the email is used to verify account ownership, @Demonik Daddy.

 

To cover all our bases though, I would suggest reaching out to the Support team to see if there's anything they help with here.

 

Please submit a ticket via this page, via an incognito window (so you're signed out of Dropbox). Just make sure to enter an email address that you can receive emails to, in order to receive a reply from the team.
