I want my students to use Dropbox, but some of them got an error while trying to create an account. The error message was something like: "to many attempts, please try again later." Even on their first try they got this message. And when trying later to create an account via an Google account.
Can someone help me explain how to create an account when this error message occurs?

Sounds like they are all using the same school network? Which will mean they are probably logging on via one IP address. All I can suggest is them trying to do it at home or using the devices later.
