Failing to upgrade my Dropbox Account

Failing to upgrade my Dropbox Account

I paid through the Apple Store for an annual Plus account and the amount was deducted, and the account was not upgraded

I tried to upgrade to a professional account, and a message appeared to me that the remaining amount will be refunded and the deduction has been made again

In total, I paid twice and the account was not upgraded

Hey @tarooti; thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this. 

Could you please try to sign out from the Apple Store on your iPhone, reboot and sign back in, and then restore your purchase again?

Let me know if you're still getting an error!

still have error 403
