Dear All, and hopefully someone on Dropbox team,

I have several Dropbox indentities and I have use them for years separatly.

Now I cannot access them at all:
first it say - we have send you a code, 

then - I tak a code and put it in Dropbox online form to sign in

then - there is a stupid message - like sign in team account (and only close on it)
then - **bleep**ing nothing
So please how do I sing in in my diffrent accounts?

Hey there @Druid Pepo; welcome aboard!

 

Can you please let me know if you're using the Dropbox app to log into your accounts or if you're doing this via a web browser?

 

Could you try to log into any of those accounts using an incognito window and let me know if you're getting any errors and/or if you're still unable to reset your password?
