I have an active account and my files disappeared as I added mobile phone
So it's the files of get started but all my originals r gone.

Hi @Coded ; welcome to our Community!

 

It sounds like you created a new account on your mobile device. Can you double check if the email address is exactly the same as the one you used for your previous/other account?

 

On a side note, if it let you use the same email address to create a new account, could it be that your account was deemed inactive at some point in the past?

Same email, not enough time has passed for it to be inactive used it tops some month ago

At this point, I'm wondering, are you able to see any of the files you mentioned on any of your devices or on our website or are you just seeing those get started files?

 

How long ago did you remember seeing them in Dropbox?
