Files deleted from inactive account

Explorer | Level 3

My account was deactivated from being inactive. When we reactivated the account, all of our data was gone. How do I restore this?

Hey there @Siera,
 
Your account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity within it for the last 12 months. I would suggest talking to our Support team about this as we would need to discuss account specific info. Upon going to create a ticket for you to the email associated with your Community profile I was able to locate your open ticket. I’ve made sure to pass along your comments here.
