When I open my drop box all my files are gone. The only change I have made is I now have iPhone. Is there a &tech support I can talk to. Been paying for this for years. Sales just sends sites like this to have a discussion with. Dropbox takes my money but no support. Want my files and refund
Hey @leathp49 ; thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear about your missing files.
It sounds like you may have signed in another account on your iPhone. Could you take a look at your account's plan tab and let me know what is reported there?
Do you see any sign of your files on your account online or in your events page?
