Hello, 

My name is Fiorella Tubino, I used to work at STEM Healthcare here in Canada . My email used to be [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines]. I had a great experience working with Dropbox!

I left the company last Sept 2019 and since that time I didn't have access to the above work email and therefore to the Dropbox account. I also do not have visibility to any notifcations to renew or pay the annual dropbox fees.

I noticed that Dropbox charged my credit card $155.88 last May 22 , 2020

Can I ask to remove the charges please? If you require more information, kindly please send me an email to  [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines] or call me at my cell [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines] or advise a phone number that I can call or email to follow up.

Also, please note that I need to remove my Credit card number from previous account linked to my previous employer or my work email . I don't know the process. Please advise. Many thanks. Fiorella Tubino

Dear Dropbox Account and Billing community - can anyone provide  an email to send this message or a phone number or a contact information please? This community is the only resource that I found at the DropBox page and I have access to. I am surprised that there is no customer service email or phone number. Your comments are really appreciated. Fiorella Tubino

Hi @Fiorella14; sorry for the late response.

 

If you're still having issues with this, I'd suggest using an incognito window, while NOT logged into any account, to contact our support team through the relevant form so we can assist further with account specific information.
