Forgot password and no longer access my email

Good morning all,

My PRO account has expired, I no longer remember my password and I no longer have access to my email, how can I find my documents?

Until now my PRO account was linked to my PERSO account and worked correctly. I did not see the payment reminders ...

Can you help me ?

Unless you have a device logged in I'm afraid you need to get access to the email again. 

 

Dropbox support will be able to stop future payments but not get you access to the account again:

https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/lost-access-email-cant-change-password

I cant't access to my email ... The domain have expired, and no device connected :sob: ...
