Forgot password but email account does not exist anymore

Hello! I am trying to access an old Dropbox account I had but cannot remember the password. The email I used and was connected to this account is no longer active so I cannot request to change my password.

Does anyone know how to access an old account without the original email address?

Unless you have an active device linked to your Dropbox account, you won't be able to access it without the email address associated with it. That's the only way to receive the reset information.

You also said it's an old account. When was the last time you accessed it? If it's been idle for more than a year, the account was likely deleted due to inactivity.
