You can earn extra storage space by inviting your friends/ co-workers to participate in dropbox. NOTE: It is important to consider the fact that this solution only applies to people who have created accounts and downloaded dropbox on their devices. You can only earn 500MB once per person, in other words it is not exploitable.
Follow these steps:
1. Click ons this link: https://www.dropbox.com/referrals (Do not worry, it is Dropbox's own secure link!)
2. Type in existing emails of your family and friends.
3. Then click on 'Send" to complete the process.
They just have to register and download dropbox and BOOM. You and the person you sent the link to will gain 500MB of extra storage space. NOTE: The maximum amount you can earn on a basic account is 16G of extra storage space.
