Hello,

 

A colaborator did a mistake when sharing the acces to a floder, and connected me to his full dropbox business account.

 

I want to get back to my regular personal account.

When he tries to disconnet me from his dropbox, my account is deleted.

How can I just suscribe to a professional account, without being connected to this other dropbox ?

I found the solution on this page :

https://help.dropbox.com/fr-fr/accounts-billing/plans-upgrades/convert-individual-plan

 

You have to ask the admisistrator to delete your accound, then choose the option convert in basic idividual account !

Now i got my account back and I could choose which offer to suscribe to 🙂

El problema es similar al tuyo, a mi cuenta Dropbox me lo a deshabilitado no se como hacer para recuperar y tener nuevamente acceso a mi cuenta de Dropbox, alguien que sepa porfavor yo le puedo pagar
