Getting an error when trying to change credit card details to pay in another currency.

Hi, my name is Alvar And I have a DropBox Plus Plan. I would like to change my credit card details however when I do, the system doesn't allow me as my new credit card is with another currency. I presently have the account billing in euro but would like to update my credit card details to an australian card and the system doesn't allow me. I get a small message in red telling me I cannot change to a country with a different currency. Can you help please?

Hey there @aclosas, thanks for reaching out to us here!

If you need to change the currency for your billing, you would need to downgrade your account and then re-upgrade with your new billing info.

With these steps, you can rest assured that the files within your account won't be affected at all during this process.

If you have more data than the Basic plan's 2 GB, then all that will happen is that syncing will pause until you upgrading again, as you'll regain the space that comes with your plan.
