Getting an error when trying to update credit card information.

When I went in to change credit card information, it will not let me save.  It says that I am not member of a team.  It clearly says that I am a member on my account.  Does anyone know why it is doing this?  And now it says that I have exceeded the number of attempts allowed...

So because I had a trial version of the Business Dropbox that had expired, I had to delete this connection and was then able to update my credit card information.

Sorry to hear you are getting an error, when you are trying to update your credit card details. 

Are you in a team Admin  on this team? 

What was the error message you received before the "Too many attempts error"?

Thanks for the additional info. 

Please try updating your credit card details again today after trying the following steps: 

  1. Clear your browser's cache.
  2. Try Incognito Mode or Private Browsing mode of your browser. 
  3. Restore your browser to its default settings and disable any browser plugins. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.

Let me know if you were able to update your information. If you get an error, please post a screenshot.

I have tried as you suggested.  I am still getting the error.

From this screenshot, I understand that the account might be completely downgraded and reverted to free/personal at this point. 

Is that Correct? 

If this is the case you can try to buy the Business Team plan again from this link, instead of your billing tab. 

If this doesn't work I can create a ticket for you to look into this.

This is the plan I have.  (see screen shot)

It is set to renew February 13th with old credit card information.
