I got charged for an account I don't know. Tried to find the account by completing the credit card finder but that comes up with errors. Checked my mobile app for a subscription and nothing is there either. Need to be refunded.

Hey @Mjnmbutler; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear about this.

 

If you're still having issues with using our self served look up tool, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team for further assistance. 

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account and when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.

Going incognito and all that BS is why I HATE Dropbox. Take your money and make it impossible to resolve issues!

Do you get the same results on other browsers as well @Mjnmbutler?

Yes, @Walter, please communicate directly with me. Otherwise I need to declare a fraud charge on my credit card.
