Hi, I noticed that I am being billed twice upon choosing the professional package and don't understand why?
Hi @Tiyet, thanks for posting your question here.
If you're getting charged but you've made sure that your account is on a Basic (free) subscription, you may have a second account that's upgraded.
If it's your credit card that's being charged, you can look up which email address is associated with these payments by using our look up tool?
