I've had a business account which I subscribed for and paid for, but that was shut down a few years ago. I only just realised I've been charged constantly for the pro account because I had linked my card to the subscription and didn't unlink it.

Why is Dropbox still charging me for something I'm not even using? I need help with a full refund but no response. This is savage.

Dropbox can only charge what you agreed to - so when you downgraded you must have downgraded to a monthly plan.

You can cancel it at www.dropbox.com/downgrade

You need to ask Dropbox for a refund, but, the T&C's do state no refunds.

You can log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support and track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com. Unfortunately as its an account issue nobody here can help.
