Getting refunt to automatic plan renewal of an acount with cancelled email

I was charged for a plan renewal of a workplace dropbox account, that the email associated with doesn't exist anymore.
I don't remember the password and have no way to log-in and ask for refund or customer support. What can I do? How can I get help?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

 

 

Keep in mind that in most cases, refunds are not available. To avoid future billing you need to cancel the subscription before the renewal occurs.
