Google Dropbox has been taking $11.99 from my bank account for a year now, but I keep getting messages from Dropbox that I am out of space.  I never signed up for more space and only wanted the free Dropbox.  I can't even pull up that I have a Google Dropbox subscription in order to cancel it.  I feel like Google is just taking my money each month!  HELP!!!

You need to speak to Google and get them to stop payments via the PlayStore.

When I look at my subscriptions with Google, Dropbox isn't one of them.  How can I get them to stop if it doesn't even say I have that subscription?  I've tried everything I can think of short of doing a stop payment on my bank account.  That will cost me $34

If it's Google charging you then only Google can assist you. Dropbox won't have access to your subscription and won't be able to cancel it for you. You need to contact Google directly.
