Help! Somehow a large document was sent from my Dropbox account to all contacts. Not sure if I was hacked or it got accidentally sent. What can I do?

Can you please let me know some additional information so I can advise further? For example, did your contacts receive an email from us? Does it come from an official Domain of ours?
Also, do you see any unauthorized activity within your account's Security page?
