Help! I never received an email stating that my dropbox account was inactive and was going to be deleted. Am I able to recover these files? They are very important photos. My email is

Hey lulybye123, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 

 

In general, if there's no activity on your Dropbox account, Dropbox will notify you and, if you want to keep your account active, simply sign in.
