I recently made a Dropbox account to claim the HP dropbox promtion but it didn't show anything about the promtion or when it expired. Please help me.

I purchased an HP desktop this week and the HP dropbox promotion won't allow me to update the email address (which is wrong) and shared folders aren't showing.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox. Thanks!
There isn't a direct email address to contact the support team. If you follow the steps provided previously, it will submit a ticket to the team where you should be receiving an automated email back.
Can you please let me know the email address for the customer support? I have a similar problem with yours that I don't get the promotion.
