Thanks for the help Jay, Dallas reached out to us, I have submitted all of the emails we received before getting locked out of the account.  Let me know if you need any other info and I can reply back to the ticket.

Ticket #12083671: DB: Hacked Dropbox Account

 

Hi Jay, can you look into this ticket and see the status, Dallas turned us over to Sara and we have submitted everything she has requested. We are on day 21 and I really want to get our account back and be able to restore all of the files back to the day before the account was hacked. I don't want to go over the 30 days and not be able to restore the files.

I can see that the ticket is with a specialist team, it's been prioritized to expedite matters on the user's behalf. 

I'd recommend contacting the agent back on the ticket if there hasn't been a response.
