I appear to have been hacked by someone in Las Vegas.  There was a persistent connection with someone with at least a Vegas IP address and my password was changed wreaking havoc with all of my password managers.  It could be someone in Moscow, of course.  There appears to be no support for customers on DropBox other than whining publically on these forums. 

Can anyone recommend a company that provides customer support for similar services?

Hi @Dougga, I'd be more than happy to help if you'd like to have a look into this. 

 

Since you mention that your password was changed, if you can't access your Dropbox account, I'd recommend submitting a ticket to our team from this link, without being signed in to any account. 

 

Once you do this, let me know the ID (eg. #1234567) associated with it so that I can pass your comments along to the member of my team who'll be reviewing this for you. 

 

In the meantime, you can also check out this article which has some suggestions on what you can do if your account has been hacked.
