I cannot reset my password - it says it is emailing a reset link to my gmail address - but it never arrives....
Could it have been changed? How can I contact live support?

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you please let me know some additional information why you think your account might have been hacked?

Because I use a password manager, dont remember changing it, and I am concerned that I am not getting my reset emails - having read that the MO is to change the e-mail address on account.
And have you tried doing that from the account's settings online perhaps @gfaasdg12?
Could you maybe try another browser or an incognito window and try to reset your password again?

I cant see account settings because I am not logged in....
I will try to request reset password from incognito window

Hey @gfaasdg12, could you submit a ticket to our team from this link, using an incognito window, and making sure that you're not signed in on any account?
Once you do that, let us know the ID (eg. #1234567) associated with it.
