I was charged for a free Pro account after I canceled it - I want a refund. Is there any way to chat or talk with a DB Customer Service person? I'm NOT happy. I have been all thru their website and there is never a way to call, chat or EMAIL to get a response.
Can someone please help me - Can a DB person please contact me??? This Customer Service is horrible!

If you're still having issues with this, I'd suggest trying an incognito window (without logging into any account) to contact our support team for further assistance.
When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
When it comes to your concern now @Carmelo palafox, can you share some additional information so we can assist further?
Could it be that you're talking about that was deemed inactive?
Walter - Everytime I type in DropBox Customer Service it just takes me to the Customer Service page which is NO HELP AT ALL.
Is there an actual number to call? Or an email I can sent a message to.
