Dropboxer

Hello @T Hansz, thanks for checking in with us on the Dropbox Community.

If you have a Basic (free) account but you're being charged monthly, it sounds like you may have two Dropbox accounts.

You can check out the email address and payment date associated with each charge using our credit card charge lookup tool.

If you find that account associated with the payments and you know the credentials associated with the subscription charges, you can cancel it by following these steps

To look into this a bit more in-depth, you can contact our team via this link using an incognito window, without signing in.

If you'd like, you can also let me know the ticket ID you get (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass your comments along to the member of my team who’ll be reviewing this for you.

Let me know if you have any trouble along the way and I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks!
