Am I eligible for a refund and how do I go about it?

In most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions aren’t refundable, but you can have a look at this article for more info.
You mention though that you don't see the subscription that you're being charged for.
It's very likely that it's for a different account other than the one you're currently using.
If it was your credit card that was charged for this, use our lookup tool to find the email address associated with it.
