Hey there @JJZ  - how are you today?

Could you clarify if you're referring to an individual account or a team one?

If on the former one, kindly note that, for security reasons, sharing an account with others is not recommended. Sharing your Dropbox password with others also violates the Dropbox Terms of Service

If on the latter one (a Dropbox for Business Teams account), you can have more than one Team Admins - assuming that you're the first one that is. If you'd like to make another member of your team an admin indeed, please follow these steps:

1) Log in to https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin.
2) Click the gear to the right of the member you'd like to add as an admin and select "Add admin permissions" from the menu.

I hope this information helps while I remain at your disposal should you have any more questions.
