Help! Dropbox changed my password

Explorer | Level 3

Dropbox changed my password. I no longer have access to that email, so I cannot reset the password. I have a Secondary email but dropbox will not let me log in with it. This is a terrible service. I am not a new member. It is for an old account. It's not fair to change password without my consent.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you clarify for me what occurred when you mentioned that Dropbox changed your password? Are you getting a specific error when trying to sign in?

 

Also, do you have any devices connected to your account with the Dropbox apps at the moment?
