Help I have been HACKED!!!

Someone is using my email address to send emails to all my contacts. I have an active account just not with that email address. So I did a PW reset and then it wants a 2step verification but it's not my number. Once the hacker realizes this they used the other email for my staff to change the account. I can't find a phone number to call and have this resolved. Is there a customer service phone team?
