Hi, i have an dropbox account under [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines] and had been using it since 10yrs ago.
Recently changed phone and reinstalled the app however ask me to sign in which i forgot my pwd( as it is auto log in). This email address used is not in existence already and even i forgot my pwd to reset, the link cant be sent to this email address.

 

I am using  [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines] now and i need to access the files i have in the [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines] dropbox

 

Can help me solve this probem please. Thanks a million

Hi @terencetanjx; welcome to our Community  and thanks for posting!

 

I'm sorry to hear about this, but to cut things short, I'm afraid you won't be able to regain access to the account in question as long as you don't have access to the email address and the password used.

 

That said, it may worth chacking older devices that might have been linked to your inaccessible account to see if you can find any of your files there.
