I have a really old account that I cant access. I no longer have the means to access the email account or the phone number with it! My whole life is on it please help!
The only way to get in (unless you have a device already logged in) is to get access back to the email account. There is no other way, at all, to do this. https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/lost-access-email-cant-change-password
