Help me please! I'm being charged and can't cancel!!

I have only a basic (free service) account yet I continue to be billed.

 

Perhaps I once set up a subscription but I don't know for what company and with what email.

 

My god, it's a nightmare to cancel this service.  Please help me find a human who can help me.

You can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the email address associated with the Dropbox account. You can then sign in to the account (resetting the password if needed) and cancel the subscription.
