How Do I delete My Account.

Hello, can someone give me a direct contact number for this company?  Even following their delete account instructions there is in fact no "delete account" options under "General Settinngs".  This is extremey frustrating.  Of course, there is and upgrade option, but no delete account option even though their instructions say there is.   Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there @benjamin watson, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

Would you mind letting me know what plan you're account is currently on? You can check this from your Plan page here.

 

If you're not able to see the delete option then it would suggest that you're not currently on a Basic account. If you are indeed on Basic though, then you might be part of a free team which you would need to leave first.

 

Let me know what you find and we can go from there!
