Hi there, currently we only provide phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions on the Advanced or Enterprise plans.
 
Depending on your subscription, you might have access to chat, and email support is available for all users.
 
You can view all your support options from the following page when logged into your account:
 
If it is regarding a general query, unrelated to specific account and billing details, then I can assist here.

If you have a Dropbox Business Advanced or Enterprise account, you can find the Support phone number and required PIN for your account in your Admin console under Help. If you have a Basic, Plus, Professional or Business Standard account, phone support is not available and you'll need to open a ticket for assistance.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

I have searched and tried many ways to cancel my subscription before you start taking out 9.99 per month.

I am unable to locate any way to cancel. You have made it incredibly difficult to cancel. Please give me a phone number to call where I can have this request granted.

I do not want to pay 9.99 per month.

Just to note, I’ve removed your phone number from your post as it doesn’t adhere to our Community guidelines.
 
Onto your query, you can cancel your subscription or trial with the steps outlined in our Help Center article here. From what you mentioned of the price, this would be for a Dropbox Plus subscription. Currently phone support is only available to Dropbox Business users, but you can always check what support is available to you on your current plan from our article here or going directly to our Contact Dropbox Support” page.
