How can I cancel my account and get a refund?

I only have a basic account.  I was charged $119 on my credit card.  I chatted with a rep (which I cannot get back too) and he said I had a premium account and could cancel.  And I needed to cancel and request a refund thru 2 different departments.  I would prefer to speak to someone about this so it gets taken care of properly, but I cannot find a phone number.  This is super frustrating.

Hi @nicki2; welcome to the Community. 

 

Quoting from the relevant Help Center article, phone support is currently available to Dropbox Business users during local business hours.

 

Since you're on the free, Basic plan, I'd suggest contacting our support team using the relevant form through an incognito window where you're logged OUT of any account so we can assist further with billing and accounbt specific information.
