How can I cancel the subscription from an account that is disabled?

Explorer | Level 3

So, I lost my old account some time ago which was an upgraded account (99$/y suscription). I cant recover it because the account is disabled for no apparent reason and since its disabled i cant go in to cancel my suscription.

 

My question is, does it cancel automatically or should i order a refund form the bank when they charge it?

I wouldn't be able to say for sure here, so I'd suggest we check on this further through our Support channel.

 

If you'd like to, I'd suggest reaching out regarding your question about the subscription by submitting a ticket from this page while signed out of any Dropbox account.

 

When doing this, please enter an email address that you have access to so that you can receive the reply from our Support team. You'll also get a ticket number (eg. #1234567) which you can let me know here.
