How can I change my billing details?

I need to change the credit card which was used to renew my annual subscription on Nov. 15th.  I can no longer use the one associated with my account, and need a credit issued to the original card and I will provide a new card number.

Hi Mike, if you’re on a Plus or Professional plan you can change the billing on this page, otherwise if you’re on a Dropbox Business team you can change it here.

Hi Mike, if you’re on a Plus or Professional plan you can change the billing on this page, otherwise if you’re on a Dropbox Business team you can change it here.

Thanks, however I need you to credit the card presently on my profile that was charged last week for an annual subscription, and then I will provide the number of the correct credit card.  My apologies for this hassle, however this is due to a policy decision by the USDA regarding dropbox.

We’re not able to assist in changing your billing details over the phone, and we currently only provide phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
 
I take it you never received our emails sent to your email address on November 19th and 22nd? Could you check your spam folder, or otherwise, you can login to our support system by visiting dropbox.zendesk.com with your email address and view the ticket ID from there.
 
You might need to create a password for this system, as it is completely separate from your Dropbox account.
