How can I change my billing details?

How can I change my billing details?

Hi 

 

My card details have changed so I need to update details - trouble is that I cannot see any billing options when I log in - think I paid a lump sum when I set this up and dont pay monthly. Any ideas?

Hi @Ginge46, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

If you have a paid plan, you can see your recent payments here. If you're not seeing anything there, then it's possible you have another Dropbox account associated with a different email address.

 

You can use the card lookup tool to locate this other account if need be.
