Few things make me hate a company more than THIS bull**bleep** right here - broken "chat" bots and absolute ZERO ways to contact a human being for actual proper customer service. Is there really no way to get help from someone that supposedly works for Dropbox rather than rely on this "community" nonsense???

I'm at the end of rope here. DropBox has charged me a fee of 119.88 - but to the wrong account.
I've submitted tickets, talked with the blindingly stupid chat bot, and called the business support line.
No help, no response, nobody cares. If I don;t get a response in 72 hours, I'll do the only think I can do and
dispute the charge.
Go to https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/sync-uploads/files-not-syncing to troubleshoot & fix Dropbox Syncing errors. Normally Dropbox support replies to an inquiry within 1-3 business days. If you need to contact Dropbox support go to https://www.dropbox.com/support.
