How can I contact customer support about a refund for my account?

I have been trying to reach customer service for over 2 months now to get a prorated refund on my business account. Every time I call and receive an automated message, I cannot leave a message, and the phone hangs up!! The phone number on my credit card statement has a consistent busy signal! Who has a busy signal these days?

How can I reach a person to discuss my account?

Hi there @HASP, welcome to the Dropbox Community! I'd be more than happy to help. 

Currently, phone support is only available to Dropbox Business admins. You can find more info about this here

However, all users are able to contact our Support team by submitting a ticket here
