How can I contact the support team for a refund?

Is someone from the support team able to contact me urgently about a $400 charge on my account after I cancelled a free subscription.

It has taken me about two hours to try and contact anyone and the wesite seems super unhelpful about actual troubleshooting. To be honest I just don't have time for this stuff. I need a refund asap! Any forum that takes me round and round in circles is just not user friendly.

It;s fustrating and unceccessary.

What you cancelled likely wasn't a free subscription, but a trial for a Business account, based on the amount you mentiones. Trials automatically convert to full accounts at the end of the trial unless you cancel the day before you're scheduled to be billed, at which point you are charged.

To inquire about a possible refund, if you're eligible, you'll need to contact Support directly.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).
