How can I find my account with the 20 GB promotional offer from Dell?

Dear Support,

 

First, it only took me 45mins to figure out that I cannot contact Dropbox support directly! This is a horrible setup and I could have sent an emal to you with my specific issue and would have been done 45mins ago. I'm considering just moving on from Dropbox, but I will give this a try and see what happens.

 

I have reveiws many of the issues that my like minded community has already reported and this is aobut the Dell promotion for 20GB with the purchase of a XPS-15. 

I have had to return my laptop 2 times now for repairs before I even owned it for more than 2 months. The last time I told Dell enough is enough and now I have a brand new one. I cannot get to my 20GB drop box account ...with any of the email address that I use currently. I do not know where this account is, but I have already completed the tasks that were required to get the final 20GB.

 

Please find my account and let me know what to do....thank you.

Hi @PointmanSLC, thanks for messaging today!

 

How many accounts have you created on the Dropbox site with different emails?

 

In order to post on the Community, you need to have a Dropbox account already logged in. Have you tried accessing this account here to see if the extra quota is visible there?
