How can I find out which one is my active account & whether there's a subscription attached to it?

I can't find my account which is active. Also you mailed me to verify.  

I want to know what I pay to you and what my dropbox capacity is

Hey @Flip S., would you mind following a few simple steps for me to see the account-specific info you’re enquiring about? As you’re signed in on the Community, navigate on the top-left hand corner & click on the Dropbox icon there. This should re-direct you to the Dropbox account connected to your Community profile. From there, navigate on the smiley-face> Click once there & click on Settings. Under the “Name” field, you should see your email address. Can you access this email? 
 
Following, you should be able to see your current plan & available space on your Plan tab (tip: it’s right next to your Account tab).
 
Hopefully this points you towards the right direction & please do let me know how you get on with these steps in your next reply here!
