How can I find the invoice for a Credit Card charge?

Heeeelp!

I have an 11 digit number on my credit card statement rather than the required 12 digit number to locate an invoice associated with the charge. Please advise how I can obtain an invoice for my Dropbox credit card charge.

I am desperately looking at all corners of the dropbox page but no invoice seems easilly available.
