How can I get a refund for a renewed subscription?

I apparently upgraded my account last year and Dropbox charged me again for this upgrade, or maybe it was a yearly service? I however did not authorize DropBox to charge my account $119.88, that is for sure. An of course, their online customer service is horrible, I can't seem to get in touch with anyone. Can someone please help, how do I end this upgraded service, and how can I get my refund back?

I'm sorry to hear about this matter, if you're on a paid plan and see the transaction here, then you should be able to contact the support team directly on this page.

 

If you're not on a paid plan, try clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

 

 

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
