How can I reach out to Support to ask for missing referrals?

How can I reach out to Support to ask for missing referrals?

I sent several invites to my friends in the past but appropriate referral bonus spaces were not given. I think I need to consult it with Support to find a way to fix this. Last year I once contacted them, but now it doesn't seem to be available. Is there a way currently to reach out to them? I am the free basic user. Thank you in advance.

Hi @summer2020, thanks for posting today!

 

Could you check what the status of the referrals are according to this page on your account?

 

If they're showing as completed, but you're not seeing the extra quota, then you most likely have reached the 16 GB referral limit on your account.

I've just checked my referal status from the page you indicated, and I have 7.5GB of referrals so far. 

I think I can have 8.5 more GB by referrals.

The total quota of my account is currently 18.38 GB and I've earned 16.38 GB so far through diverse events including referring friends.
